We stayed at Black Rock Mountain Resort in Heber City where a Switchback Sports shop is located on the 2nd floor. We popped in to rent ski gear for our stay and Thomas was knowledgeable and beyond excellent! He took his time ensuring that we all had the proper fitting helmet, ski's and boots.We booked for 4 days but only chose to do 2 due to the fact that our stay consisted more of man-made snow rather than natural and we were refunded for the extra days.Switchback Sports is also located in Silver Lodge and will soon be opening a location in the Waldorf.Excellent gear, shop and customer service. The next time we are in Park City, we will use this company again.Like

I got a full wax job here. The service was incredibly fast. I dropped it off 30 minutes before close and they said they'd have it the next day. It ended up being ready 20 minutes later. I was already gone so I planned to pick it up a few days later, and they continuously (in a not annoying manner) followed up to make sure I remember to pick it up. No storage fee was charged. Pricing was great. Customer service was great and everyone seems to be super knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks Matty!!!
